By downloading, browsing, accessing, or using Math Solver, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Continued use of Math Solver will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, with changes posted on our website and within our App Updates. If you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, please discontinue using the apps.
For auto-renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS apps, the following terms apply:
-> OCR/Handwriting Recognition & Cloud Computing Subscriptions are based on a per-user basis, with only
one user having the ability to access the service at a time for each Subscription.
-> Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.
-> Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of
the current period.
-> The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period,
identifying the cost of the renewal.
-> Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s
Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trial (If Available):
-> Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a
subscription to that publication, where applicable.
-> You can cancel a free trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your
iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription
period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the
current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.
All editorial content, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork, and other graphic materials, as well as names, logos, and trademarks on Math Solver, are protected by copyright laws and/or other laws and/or international treaties. They belong to us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be. These works, logos, graphics, sounds, or images may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted, or circulated, whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be.
You agree not to do or attempt to do any of the following:
-> Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Math Solver or network or breach any security or
authentication measures;
-> Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Math Solver App and related services or the technical
delivery systems of our providers;
-> Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide Math Solver
PRO;
-> Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host, or network, including
sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, and etc.
The OCR/Handwriting Recognition (OHR) services and associated materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Inception Mobile disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property. Inception Mobile makes no representations or warranty that any of the services will meet your requirements, or that your use of any of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nor does Inception Mobile make any representation or warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the services. Inception Mobile makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services or the information, content, materials, or products or services included on or in the services.
